ABOUT ERIC S. LEA

Eric Lea is the Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Everest Clinical Research. He has held a broad variety of roles during his 30+ years in clinical research, including; protocol development, monitoring, and study/portfolio oversight. Eric has had Clinical Operations oversight experience on both domestic and multiregional global projects in a multitude of therapeutic areas, including; Rare Disease, Oncology, Respiratory/Pulmonary, Hepatic, Neurology and several other indications. Eric’s leadership includes significant contributions in early phase (proof of concept, first in human) product development, as well as large pivotal trials.Eric has held positions ranging from Lab Manager to Clinical Research Associate to Director of Clinical Operations. Outside of work-Eric is a Director (Position #1) on the Redmond, OR School Board (January 2023-). He proudly promotes high-quality education and seeks to provide the foundations for success to all students in the district.Eric was a co-founder of Southwest Charter School; a small, place-based, K-8 public school focusing on science, art, and civics.
