About Eric Rozek

Eric is currently Vice President - Global Controller & Principal Accounting Officer at ManpowerGroup and is also currently overseeing Global FP & A and Commercial Finance on an interim basis. Eric joined ManpowerGroup in March 2019 as Director – Global Accounting & Controls. He has partnered closely with global finance leaders in supporting their strategic initiatives by providing technical accounting guidance in key areas such as acquisitions and dispositions, unique revenue recognition matters and maintaining global internal control policies and procedures. Eric led the Global Sarbanes Oxley team, partnered with Global Enterprise Risk Management and Global Legal in assessing and managing risk associated with Innovative Workforce Solution opportunities, helped to build the foundation for the Oracle Compliance COE in relation to Global Oracle ERP implementation and led Global Finance projects to bring innovation and digitation/automation to Global Finance functions. In March 2023, Eric was promoted to Finance Director, ManpowerGroup Canada. In this role, Eric partners with the Country senior leadership team to grow the overall business by setting the commercial finance direction for the country, including developing pricing strategies, profit improvement programs, risk management and mitigation strategies, and providing direct support on all M&A opportunities within the country. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Eric held various roles of increasing responsibility at PwC. From June 2018 to March 2019, Eric was part of PwC\'s Tech-Enabled Audit Group whereby Eric worked with teams across the PwC Assurance practice in standardizing, automating and centralizing the audit, while ensuring the tech enabled audit solutions meet the objectives of the accounting and auditing standards.From July 2015 to July 2018 Eric was on strategic tour in PwC\'s National Office. Eric\'s responsibilities included providing support & consultation to engagement teams surrounding auditing and accounting matters, supporting teams during PCAOB inspections and developing technical publications and guidance which serve as a resource to engagement teams across the practice. Prior to the National office, Eric spent 10 years in the Milwaukee, WI office of PwC, serving multinational Industrial Product companies, including Fortune 500 companies. Eric gained valuable experience in the areas of SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementations, carve-outs, debt offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, etc.Eric is a graduate of the UW Whitewater (BBA, 2004 and MPA, 2005).
