As a Senior IT Engineer in a scaled Scrum environment, I drive quality assurance strategy and execution across complex software products, specifically in the Checkout/POS (Point of Sale) domain. These client systems interface with backend services, which connect to an SAP S/4HANA landscape to enable seamless transactional flows.I lead QA initiatives within our QA Chapter, manage end-to-end defect and bug handling—including 3rd level support, log file, and database analysis—and ensure robust QA governance across suppliers.I review Epics and User Stories to validate Acceptance Criteria, oversee test results, and report QA insights to stakeholders (POs, CPO, Chapter Leads). I design KPI dashboards for continuous quality tracking and contribute to hands-on E2E test execution.Additionally, I help shape cybersecurity and penetration testing requirements and analyze the results to ensure system resilience.
