Establishes and assures a safe and compliant work environment. Conducts reviews and interventions to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory against virtual inventory. Directs all procurement functions of the distribution center and allocation of all these resources within the Distribution Center. Reviews, manages, and directs cost, and productivity, while driving toward efficient labor results and bottom-line profitability. Develops and leads talent within the Distribution Center. Plans, develops, and implements a people strategy in conjunction with the organization for personnel management and development, including recruitment, selection, disciplinary procedures, grievances, counseling, pay and conditions, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance evaluations. Ensures full compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and other governmental regulatory agencies while complying with Company policies concerning health and safety.
