Provides Subsystems engineering technical expertise in support of Naval Aviation. Currently performing analysis of all F/A-18 A-G Maintenance Status Panel (MSP) Codes to identify and publish a comprehensive list of Critical MSP Codes for Fleet use. Data mined and analyzed Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM) historical flight data for Fuel and GCU codes to predict the feasibility of implementing the new criteria. This ensures that the basis for subsystem airworthiness is maintained and reduces the likelihood of mishaps caused by unaddressed safety critical subsystems failures. As T-45 Team Lead, reviewed 236 Disposition packages for accuracy and obtaining updates for inclusion into the final packages for SLEP execution. Prioritized the top ranking H-Type Dispositions (Analytical Assessments) and determined that some of these activities could be accomplished organically, at a cost savings to the government. Also, generated the T-45 SLAP/SLEP Phase C Performance Work Statement for use in upcoming Phase C negotiations with The Boeing Corporation and BAE Systems. Co-generated the H-60 Subsystems SLAP Cost Estimate for PMA-299 Leadership utilizing T-45 and F/A-18 data points along with Helicopter research and experience. This data will be utilized by the Program Office during negotiations with Sikorsky to ensure fair pricing during the upcoming negotiations. These efforts provide a foundation for our engineering and management involvement in the mitigating the effects of aging of the platform.
