After a very successful first financial year its time to expand into other areas of waste and waste management.With a combined 40 years working in a local authority environment, 20 of those in actual contract management of out sourced services, we are able to offer information/insights into the whole process of contract tendering and management. This accompanied by low overheads allows us to offer our consultation at a realised hourly/weekly rate.Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, domestic waste collection, recycling, street cleansing, highway ground maintenance, and, as CPC holder, fleet management.Previous projects included the provision of Maternity Cover for South Bucks District Council and providing advice and hands on management of their harmonisations of waste services with Chiltern and Wycombe District Council covering approximately domestic properties with their domestic waste collections.
