   Program Manager\\\\n• Responsible for overall project management functions inclusive of but not limited to: managing project plan, budget, forecasting, managing and facilitating status meetings, resource management (inclusive of resource management for matrix projects), resource leveling, Weekly Status Reporting, Implementation Planning and managing Intern PMO Processes.\\\\n• Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.\\\\n• Primary contact for negotiations with the customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items.\\\\n• Responsible for customer satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection and reviews and corrective actions.\\\\n• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the program, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of customer focus team personnel.\\\\n• Confers with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.\\\\n• Directs and coordinates activities of customer focus team and required support areas to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.\\\\n• Reviews status reports prepared by team personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.\\\\n• Prepares program reports and presentations for management, client or others.\\\\n• Confers with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.\\\\n• Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.\\\\n• Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
