Being a Sr. Manager of Store Construction + Facilities exactly what you think it is. An intense tango between procuring vendors, managing them, and sticking to the schedule. Every step is executed perfectly to adhere to the company\'s high standards and expectations.And I do this with 100+ stores throughout the North American Region. In fact, Cole Haan has an aggressive outlook for new store buildouts in 2023. I work hand in hand with the Design Team to bring visual branding to life. Together we create beautiful spaces to allow our customers to have an exciting and memorable experience that will ensure their return while driving more sales.Cole Haan allows me the opportunity to grow, expand, and fine-tune my skills between a vast array of outlet, retail, full-cost inline stores, and flagship locations. Given this experience, I am able to manage high-impact operations, while maintaining multi-site locations and staying within budget. I was also provided the chance to make a positive impact in my community when I spearheaded a backpack drive for a local organization that provides services to vulnerable youth in the New Hampshire Seacoast. Additionally, I\'m a big outdoors guy. My two boys and I ski on the weekends in the winter and surf along the New Hampshire Seacoast in the summer. While I have no problem working hard to get stores opened on schedule, I support the need for work/life balance.At the end of the day, I love that I have a job that allows people the opportunity to connect with a brand whose mission is to inspire people to live extraordinary, purpose-filled lives.

In my current role, I\'m the Retail Facilities Manager for Cole Haan. I independently manage a portfolio of 100+ retail stores throughout North America to include US, Canada, and Hawaii. As our company grows and expands, so does my market portfolio and responsibilities. My retail stores are a mixed bag of full cost inline stores, outlet stores, and flagship locations. This diversity allows me to work, function, and problem solve in a variety of situations while managing expectations on numerous levels. Working for Cole Haan has given me the high end, high visibility, big brand retail experience needed to make a positive impact for future growth. The lessons and skills I’m fine tuning with Cole Haan are assisting me towards impacting our stores and partners in a very positive forward thinking application. As the Retail Facilities Manager I\'m responsible for the budgetary and procedural commitments for the repair and maintenance of all of the Cole Haan stores in North America. I’m responsible to procure and manage my vendor pool to best suite our store needs, while insuring they preform within our company\'s high standards and expectations. I play an instrumental role in our new store openings as well as renovations of our existing stores. I work in partnership with our Construction Manager and Design team to ensure the facilities needs are taken into consideration and implemented during all phases of construction.
