I\'m a material chemist who worked in many domains: lithium batteries, dye-sensitized solar cells, electrochromic materials, inorganic membranes or self-assembled nanostructured materials. I created systems for CO2 capture, photobioreactors, nanoceramic surface coating and even patented a new document search engine.Beyond my academic activity as a Senior Scientist at CNRS in France or Asso. Professor in Canada, I\'ve always tried to reconcile research and Innovation, creating two startups, one on biotechnologies and one on information technology.And this is how I became an \"accidental entrepreneur\".An accidental entrepreneur is not legit in Business because they don\'t have credibility, the right background or vocabulary, and the right social network.Accidental entrepreneurs took the wrong turn and started to do something they were not supposed to. And this is how they got the \"impostor syndrome\" sickness.I probably made all possible mistakes until I realized that \"Innovation\" is not an invention left on a shelf or just a claim in a publication.The fact is that Innovation only exists if some people are willing to use it and even pay for it! The rest is \"blah blah.\"I also discovered that creating an innovation project requires many skills beyond our core scientific expertise.Now it\'s time to help people who want to pursue their dream of bringing real solutions to our world but don\'t know how to proceed and suffer from the \"impostor syndrome.\"Why? Because Science and Business are two worlds \"divided by a common language.\"Scientists try tirelessly to explain why their invention is so great.
