Organize, manage, and communicate day to day operations taking place in the Quonset Operations and Maintenance (O&M) facility. Maintain facility vendor relationships, which include onboarding information, PO requests, and invoice approvals. Coordinate facility supplies and other facility needs as needed. Manage and control facility budgets. Take part in the budgeting process for future fiscal years and enter line items and projections. Acting on site point of contact for Quonset Development Corporation. Assistant Facility Security Officer (ASFO) for Orsted\'s Quonset CTV Harbor. Take part in security calls, quarterly drills, exercises and US Coast Guard inspections. Maintain hard file records of Facility Security Plan and related documents in the office. Maintain authorized CTV Harbor TWIC holder list and coordination with Global Security to grant access. Print new Ørsted employee badges for US employees. Including inputting external contractors requests for those that need CTV Harbor badges prior to printing. Manage and maintain active authorized drivers and vehicles for North-East Program site vehicles. Remotely oversaw FM elements of Long Island O&M Facilities during interim periods of facility coordinator vacancies.
