Researches, designs, plans, develops, coordinates and administers examinations and assessments,(e.g, written, performance and oral); prepares, administers, scores and assists in the validation of written and performance examinations.Conducts job analyses to create job descriptions and job announcements; assesses job content and requirements to prepare examinations; develops and maintains all documentation affiliated with the creation and analysis of City positions.
