I have been in the banking industry since graduating college from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2003 with a degree in Economics. In August of 2013 I graduated the 3-year Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I have worked in Business Development and Commercial Lending for the past 20 years and have developed the skills and tools necessary to help my clients and future clients with all of their business banking needs. In my current position of Chief Lending Officer, I oversee the Lending department in our four bank locations. I also serve on the bank\'s Executive Management Team to guide the bank\'s strategic direction.
