ServiceNow developer with a lot of passion. I have over a year of ServiceNow experience and a wide range of talents. 7 ServiceNow integrations in the APM, ITSM, GRC, VRM, and domain separation were successfully accomplished with follow-on training and go-live support. In a robust domain-separated client, I provided technical experience, teamwork, and troubleshooting, handling an abundance of requests, incidents, customer onboardings, and Azure SSO integrations. On client-facing conversations, I gave the training to gain a better grasp of the ServiceNow ecosystem and explore platform features to prepare for integration development. Gained a thorough understanding of ServiceNow features such as form configurations, business rules, client scripts, GlideRecord queries, Script Includes, UI policies, email ingestion, workflows, portal branding, and user management. As part of the DoD Skillbridge Program, I guided 37 interns to become self-sufficient ServiceNow Admins and Developers.I\'m excited to put my 9 years of military expertise in customer service, team management, and meticulous attention to detail to good use.Active Secret Clearance.
