I have managed the role of Road Patrol Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Field Training Officer as well as Property Crimes and Background Investigations Detective. This has allowed me to develop a working knowledge of public safety to include patrol, instructing and investigations. As a Property Crimes Detective I was responsible for managing assigned cases with minimal supervision after cases were assigned. I was responsible for all follow up investigations, interviews, research and court case presentation. This requires self motivation and good organizational skills. As a Police Recruiter I am responsible for coming up with innovative ideas to attract potential candidates to the agency, as well as keeping up with current trends that are occurring in the law-enforcement recruitment field.
