I work with culture-first CEOs to improve their mental fitness to tame their internal voices, which create all the negativity in their lives, and to lead from a state of sage-like love, where empathy, curiosity, creativity, wisdom led decision-making, and calm fierce action all thrive. It starts with a six-week mental fitness course that builds up the positive side of the brain and develops lifelong habits of mental fitness. Like physical fitness, unless we continue to build our mental fitness muscle, it atrophies.
