Coordinate the Group network of technical, marketing and innovation managers who monitor start-ups in their activity, country and/or technological sector,• Manage the interface with major incubators or start-up communities of interest to the Group,• Propose and lead special interaction sessions between the Group and start-ups, by meeting them and assessing their interest in the Group,• Encourage rapid “Proof of Concept” projects and accelerate PoCs of cross-functional interest,• Monitor and facilitate the main partnership projects between Thales and the most interesting start-ups, whatever the form of partnership: technical, commercial, equity investment.
