Formed following the acquisition of Integrys Energy Group by Wisconsin Energy Corporation, WEC Energy Group is the parent company of six electric and gas utility brands. I have primary responsibility for designing, developing and implementing the compensation programs for WEC Energy Group. Manage the design, administration and evaluation of the effectiveness of various compensation programs for management and represented employees throughout the company, ensuring the compensation system is competitive from the perspective of employees, shareholders, and customers. Has company-wide oversight for base salaries, annual incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, spot bonus, retention programs, severance plans, relocation policy, and other direct and indirect rewards mechanisms. Develops plans and delivers results in fast changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.
