About Eric Noll

I’ve always had a hard time trying to define who I am in this creative industry. I studied architecture, but don’t design buildings. I design and build soft good apparel for some of the most technical apparel brands in the outdoor industry, without any fashion degree. I am more comfortable behind an industrial sewing machine, than I am with a pencil and sketch book. I use the process of construction and deconstruction to push myself deeper into the design process. I am constantly trying to reimagine how to simplify and build more with less. Reducing seams, exploring stitchless constructions and new alternative methods of building, to push the potential of technical apparel. I am a creative problem solver, designer of functional apparel and a technical craftsman. I specialize in product design and development, fast rapid prototyping and untraditional methods of patternmaking and construction.
