I’ve spent my career building businesses, delivering operational excellence, and driving transformation on a global scale. Over 39 years at Corning Incorporated, I helped the company advance as a global leader in specialty materials and technology—leading growth across Asia, driving innovation, and guiding the organization through challenges and recoveries.As Corning’s President and COO, I oversaw strategic initiatives in optical communications, display technologies, and global operations culminating in record financial performance. Earlier, I scaled multibillion-dollar businesses, delivered record profitability, and pioneered breakthrough innovations like Corning® Valor® Glass. I also built Corning’s presence in China and led operations across 19 global locations, positioning the region as a key driver of growth.As executive sponsor for Corning\'s Veteran\'s Engaged to Support (CVETS), I have also been an advocate for veteran\'s affairs within Corning and the community. Today, as a public company Board Director, I bring deep P&L leadership, operational and financial expertise, and governance experience to help companies innovate, adapt, and create long-term value.
