With over a decade of educational leadership experience, I serve as the Executive Director at Why Not You Academy, where I lead the instructional team in creating a data-driven academic vision. My work focuses on enhancing teacher training and development, fostering a robust school culture rooted in high expectations, and preparing every student for four-year college readiness. My core competencies include instructional excellence, school culture development, and values-based leadership. I am deeply committed to empowering students and educators by implementing strategic plans that align systems, culture, and vision.
