   Provide design, technical support and maintenance of the companies unified communications network which is comprised of CUCM,CUC,IM & P,UCCX and Finesse and also configuration and support of Zoom call recording and 2Ring wallboards also the Core network systems as well.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and configuration within pre-defined SLA.Provide escalation support for the Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams.Performs hardware and software maintenance functions such as firmware upgrades, OS service packs and configuration enhancements.Maintains system security including security patches for Cisco ASA 5525 and Meraki and manage Cisco umbrella security as well. Maintain standardization and documentation of technology and processes with Visio.Monitors performance and operational statistics for Nexus 5K switches, Cisco 4431 and Cisco 2921 routers and Meraki MR33 AP\'s and Cisco AMP for endpoints and other infrastructure devices. Manage infrastructure hardware based on hardware life cycle policy and make recommendations for hardware and software purchasing.
