I serve as a Management Analyst with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management, NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Being with DHHS/ NIH makes me a valuable member of the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) team. My roles and responsibilities consist of-Working with senior management officials to research, evaluate, and interpret policies and procedures for the NIH and the NITAAC program-Provides advice to management regarding all administrative support work programs, including presenting management options and alternatives in securing resources and services necessary to achieve goals and objectives-Conducts complex studies or special projects, and leads or participates in field visits-Preparing a variety of comprehensive status reports, management summaries, and briefing papers which identify problems, assess the overall condition of work completed or in progress and outlines issues, solutions, and recommendations-Initiates and executes administrative/management projects-Functions as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for in house contract team who that are IT/ Cyber/ Cloud related with over 100 contractor staff-Reviews deliverable, ensures deliverables meet milestones and established goals and verifies and approves vouchers for payment-Process modifications and reports for all three GWACs (CIO-SP, CIO-SP3, CIO-CS)
