My job is to grow the business with the highest volume golf retailers in the U.S. for Oakley golf apparel, footwear, and accessories. I actively listen to understand what my customers need to succeed and then I figure out how to help them. I communicate these needs to all the relevant teams within Oakley: executive leadership, supply chain, sales ops, product development, marketing, merchandising, event planning, e-commerce, and sports marketing. I then align our collective resources with my customers\' internal teams so we can meet their needs. I manage all the sales activities with my customers from sell-in to sell-through to maximize their sales, profit margin, and turn rate. I organize 2 full line presentations each year and collaborate with my customers to create seasonal product assortments. We then build a marketing and merchandising solution to increase sell-through. We develop a retail sales plan so we have a road map for financial success. I work closely with my customers\' e-com team to list all styles online and create digital assets to tell compelling brand and product stories.
