Perform complex quantification of criteria pollutant emissions for NOx and PM10 (mobile, area, and energy). I have quantified estimated emissions for over 500 projects throughout the Central Valley. Evaluating land-use project proposals and comment on air quality analysis/discussion for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Prepared Mitigated Negative Declarations for stationary source project in compliance with CEQA Prepare and review environmental reports to ensure compliance with District rules and federal and state laws and regulations. Monitor compliance of city and county general plans with District regulations and policies and reviews environmental impact documents to determine the project\'s impact on air quality. Assists in development of guidelines for assessing environmental impact of development projects and urban growth plans. Provide Greenhouse Gas Quantification for the Department of Housing and Community Development for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC).The AHSC Program is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through projects implementing land-use, housing, transportation, and agricultural land preservation practices to support infill and compact development, and supporting related and coordinated public policy objectives. Assisted with 10 projects, 7 projects submitted final applications and 4 projects received funding for approximately $48 million in investment in the San Joaquin valley! Provide Technical assistance, and quantification of Criteria Pollutant Emission reductions for the Districts Public Benefits Grant Program. Worked on 9 mixed use developments throughout the Central Valley. Resulting in approximately $4 million in funding. Risk Management Modeling and Ambient Air Quality Analysis with AERMOD. Project Management of over 40 projects at a time with multiple deadlines. Prioritizing projects on a daily basis. Teamwork, leadership and customer service.
