As the Prevention Coordinator at the Crime Victims Treatment Center (CVTC), I oversee the Prevention Department’s youth, college, and nightlife programs, which engage over ten thousand New Yorkers each year. My team facilitates training designed to increase the capacity of individuals, groups, and organizations to address sexual and interpersonal violence, and create safer, healthier spaces and relationships. I lead our programs’ year-round efforts to organize awareness events and campaigns and collaborate with diverse community stakeholders, schools, institutions, coalitions, government officials, and victim services providers across New York City to support the coordinated community response to sexual and interpersonal violence.
