About Eric McCabe
I am an athletic administrator starting my 20th year in athletics with experience across NCAA Division I, Division II, Division and interscholastic athletics.Previous experience includes 2 years as Marketing and Promotions Assistant and 4 years as Athletic Ticket Manager for Division I and Patriot League member Bucknell University. During my tenure at Bucknell University the Junior Bison Club (youth fundraising wing) saw a 15% jump in membership over the two years in that position. During my time in marketing and promotions I successfully created the the Bison Backer award program for Bucknell Students, and increased promotional events for 27 athletic programs. The number of season ticket holders increased year after year while serving as Athletic Ticket Manager.After leaving Bucknell University I spent two months as Assistant Ticket Manager for Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. During this time I assisted in overseeing all aspects of ticket operations for the all of Hershey\'s venues.My arrival at East Carolina University began after leaving Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. I spent a year and a half overseeing operations for for a highly successful Women\'s Basketball program that finished 2nd in the regular season and made an appearance in the WNIT against Western Kentucky University. The pirates finished first in CUSA team GPA while I oversaw the academics for 17 student-athletes.While at McCann School of Business and Technology I was promoted to Community Relations Coordinator after serving as the High School Admissions Representative. During my time at McCann I was ranked the 5th admissions representative in January 2016, the 2nd ranked representative in February 2016. I was also the highest campus producing representative for FY2015, Q1 FY 16, Q2 FY 16, having met or exceeded sales goals.Spent August 2017-September 2021 holding multiple administrative roles at DII / PSAC member Bloomsburg University. I currently serve as Director of Athletic Facilities and Events for DII / PSAC member Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
