I currently serve as the Coordinator of the Domestic Violence Coordinated Community Council as part of the Domestic Violence Project at Catholic Charities. In this role, I facilitate the and oversee its functions, bringing together law enforcement, prosecutors, advocates, service providers, and community partners to strengthen our coordinated response to domestic violence.My responsibilities include program development, completing community needs assessments, maintaining records and compliance standards, providing community education, supervising staff, and assisting with the 24 hour hotline and direct client and survivor services. I am deeply committed to building systems that support safety, accountability, and meaningful collaboration across agencies.Previously, I served as the Facilitation Manager at SolutionPoint+, a training and consulting company specializing in crisis intervention, communication skills, and mental health awareness. With over 20 years of combined experience in the military, law enforcement, and facilitation, I bring a practical and grounded perspective to leadership, training, and systems work.As a Marine Corps veteran and retired patrol sergeant, I understand the realities faced by first responders, veterans, and the communities they serve. My passion is helping individuals and teams communicate more effectively, navigate complex challenges, and create healthier systems for the people who rely on them.I believe strong communities are built on collaboration, clarity, and courage, and I am always looking to learn, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways.
