Support Global Jordan Design, by providing 25+ designers the time, space, and resources they need to create products that inspire our consumers and define the industry. • Partner with Design Leadership to develop timelines, processes, and prioritization for footwear projects, and presents updates in weekly leadership meetings. • Engage daily with a large cross-functional matrix, from product, color, graphic, and materials design, to product development and merchandising teams, ensuring task requirements are met while discussing mitigation strategies on critical issues. • Drove evolution and innovation of footwear design processes through systems and tools, increasing collaboration, communication, and transparency, while reducing ambiguity and noise. • Co-Led the exploration and implementation of Gravity Sketch for key design initiatives.
