Also, coordinate with dispatch/brokerage to manage and cover the freight- Utilize variety of customer based websites/programs where I must update each load from the customer, with all pertinent information, charges and OS & Ds- I receive and handle all the aging reports, past due amounts and any carrier/driver fees associated with my accounts- On call for drivers or customers 24/7 - Handle a variety of freight and equipment, TL or LTL- Reach out in social marketing/networking and advertising to help generate new business. Always writing down new ideas, researching industry fluctuation and working on Strategic Sales ideas for continued success, advancement of my company.
