Responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Usage Based Insurance solution, OnBoard, along with development and creation of the Teen Safe Driver telematics program for multiple markets throughout the organization. Launched multiple generations of UBI programs for utilizing cellular OBDII dongles, Bluetooth OBDII dongles and associated iOS and Android applications along with the next generation of the UBI program for smartphones incorporated into the Auto Club application. Created and prioritized product requirements, user stories, test plans, worked with teams to create the behavioral scoring algorithm, and managed the development and incorporation into club systems and the Auto Club application. Worked directly with vendors, negotiated business contracts, and worked with internal business units to develop and implement systems requirements, product enhancements, training, communications, sales incentives, marketing and web initiatives for the telematics product lines. Responsible for the continued strategy, creation, and maintenance of all telematics products and programs. Implement monthly telematics sales channel and market goals for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). Develop and present bi-weekly strategy and progress updates to stakeholders, executive management and Staff Officers. Responsible for all digital automotive product content and automotive web applications within Work closely with Car Buying, Approved Auto Repair, Battery, and Roadside Assistance teams to develop their online presence. Work directly with engineering and content management teams to develop, prioritize, and enhance automotive web applications and content for both desktop and mobile platforms.
