   Eric focuses his practice on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, Internet and domain name matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation and patent prosecution in areas of computer hardware and software, business methods in eCommerce/Internet, electrical circuits, and semiconductors.
