I have spent the past 10 years refining my Administrator skills. Now I am on to refining my operational skills, managing people. I currently manage a team of skilled Security Analyst\'s that run the day to day operational activities for a larger Security Technology Services team. I also manage a team of Security professionals that run the DDI space - MS DHCP/DNS, BlueCat DHCP/DNS, Raduis, NAC. I have personally managed many types of different systems. I have managed an EHR system, Allscripts. I have 5+ years managing a collaboration environment which includes: Exchange 2003/2010, BES, Activesync, GFI Faxmaker, Symantec Enterprise Vault(Archiving and Journaling), LYNC/SKYPE. I also managed Directory Services which include: Active Directory, ADLDS, MFA, File Servers (DFS), Print Servers, GPO, Microsoft DNS, Microsoft DHCP, Terminal Services, combination of local and roaming profiles, SCCM. I also have several years expreience managing Microsoft\'s Identity and Access Management (Single Sign On), Credant (File level encryption), Symantec\'s SEPM, Kaspersky, and several MS SQL servers. Maintaining responsibility for all tasks from implemention, upgrades, maintaining backups, managing the OS, to managing the Applications themselves. I have a strong background in troubleshooting, and solving problems. I have worked on small teams as well as larger ones, all in an extremely fast paced environment.
