About Eric Lonnegren
I am a Dean’s List sophomore at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business. This summer, I’m interning with Newmark’s Office Leasing team in Stamford, where I support transaction execution and conduct financial analysis on Class A office assets. On campus, I serve as the President of Social Relations for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and play midfield for the Wisconsin Men’s Club Lacrosse team. My involvement in leadership and athletics has strengthened my communication, organization, and collaboration skills—qualities I bring to my academic and professional pursuits in real estate and finance.
