As the senior UX designer, I have lead the UX team in creating an online style guide to share CHS UX standards and best practices. Leading CHS in ADA and 508 compliance standards. Developed a method for auditing and scoring CHS sites and applications, in order to ensure compliance with ADA and 508 regulations. Collaborating with internal business units and development teams, to ensure CHS meets ADA compliance guidelines. This effort is crucial in mitigating the risk of litigation which can not only result in financial penalties, but also adversely effect the reputation and brand of the company.
