Over 17 years Safety / Fire Protection Engineering design, construction and commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, LNG and Onshore / Offshore projects. Over 10 years Mechanical / Fire Protection design and startup experience in Nuclear Power Plant and infrastructure / building projects.3 years experience on onshore field and offshore platforms, FPSO construction and safety system commissioning. Solid engineering experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC on varies projects. All offshore project design were approved by the main shipping registers as ABS, Lloyd\'s and DNV. Nuclear design works reviewed and approved by NRC. Fire protection design works for building were approved by local government FD. The most projects were built under commercial operation. Strong engineering background and utilization of international codes as NFPA, API, IMO (SOLAS), NRC, AWWA, OSHA, CFR, IFC, ASME, EPRI, URD, FM, UL, DNV, ABS, IPC, IBC, local government codes, foreign country codes and the client’s standards.Solid design experience on utility system; Active and passive fire protection system; firewater / foam / dry chemical / clean agent system; fire & gas detection/alarm system, pipeline and piping (layout, isometrics), building mechanical system (fire protection, plumbing and HVAC).Strong computer skills: PipeNet, AFT (Fathom), SmartPlan (P & ID, Review, Sketch), AutoCAD, Microstation, Navisworks, MS office, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, PIPEFLO, HydroCad, HydroList, HydroCalc, HASS, LFM.
