   I am honored to lead a grassroots effort to acquire, develop and deliver training programs to a growing workforce of over employees spread across 20 different states.My focus has been on implementing and administering a new learning management system (LMS) to the entire organization and leading instructional design efforts to identify training and learning gaps for a diverse range of field and corporate positions. As the leader of a team of Instructional Designers and Training Specialists, I am proud to offer training programs that are considered \"best in class.\"I am also the proud recipient of the 2018 Brainier Excellence Award for Commitment to Compliance. This award recognizes the importance of offering programs that keep our team members in compliance with the various regulations in our line of business.As an active member of the Association of Talent Development - Puget Sound Chapter, I continuously seek opportunities to learn more about the learning and development field and extend my professional network.
