Evolving as a Consultant within financial industry, I have developed skills in business process optimization and automation using RPA and Artificial Intelligence.Furthermore, through the different working experiences, I gathered and acquired cross industry knowledge, methodologies, and talents.Since my graduation from the engineering school EFREI, I joined Accenture in 2013 then TNP Consultants in 2017.I used to work in international environment with different cultures, languages and local business practices.Here is a summary of my personal specification• Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments using standard project management techniques and disciplines• Ability to liaise with senior level external supplier and internal stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions• Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives • The aptitude to create, adapt and evolve methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve the delivery and support channels• Background in innovative solutions delivery with excellent client facing skills • Experience of managing and motivating a cross discipline team• Proven ability in building, deploying and operating new services
