About Eric Landon
My tenure in the field of mental health has been rewarding and has provided me with excellent opportunities for growth. I am most grateful for my experiences as a Recreation Therapist and as an administrator. Leading and facilitating therapeutic experiential adventure therapy groups and sessions have proven to be priceless as it has created change in the lives of individuals, families, groups, and employees. Some of my greatest successes are centered around developing and facilitating indoor and outdoor experiential activities including ropes courses, paddle sports, and team building activities. Organizing, planning, and executing events are strong points of mine, accompanied with creating successful teams of staff. Additionally, my wilderness experiences has left me with a desire to share this with others. I have, therefore, created an online store to help perpetuate experiential learning and experiences (playinthewild.com). My ongoing goal is to be in a professional environment allowing me to enhance the lives of clients and co-workers as I embrace entrepreneurship.
