Contribute to the MTO approvals management:Ensure liaison with Aviation Authorities for regulatory and approval issues dealing with MTO management, Maintenance Training programs and instructional staff, for all airbus and external Training centres.Support the creation and the update of the reference documentation necessary to get and maintain the MTO approvalsEnsures the implementation of regulatory requests in Airbus MTO, in liaison with the following departments: Development, Standardization, Execution, Programs, Customer supportControl the conformity of training documentation, instructional staff standards and qualifications with the applicable regulatory requirementsSupport the acceptance process of any new or modified Maintenance training courses or devices implemented in Airbus Training Centres- Contribute to the Quality system:Support the implementation and improvement of the Quality System for the MTO approvalSupport the internal, authorities, customers and suppliers auditsMonitor audits findings as Audit Team Leader and associated corrective actions implementation and efficiencySupport the MTO approval\'s management reviewsSupport the continuous improvement operation in the MTO area- Contribute to the regulatorities activities: Review regulation amendment (NPA) in the field of MTO, in liaison with Airbus Engineering Airworthiness DepartmentSupport the follow-up and implementation of rulemaking activities related to the evolution of regulations governing the MTO activitiesRepresents Airbus training in the MTO area when participating to regulatory working groups, committees or symposiums (EASA, ICAO, OSAC, etc.)Support the identification of particular requirements of local Aviation Authorities\' regulations, in order to get their approval- Contribute to approvals and regulatory support:Support \"Airbus assistance\" to Airline customers, partners or local Aviation authorities, for all matters dealing with MTO approvals or regulations
