I realized that my calling is to serve those who served, helping military members and their families navigate one of life’s biggest changes: building a meaningful career after service.Today, as a Senior Program Manager at Hiring Our Heroes, I lead the Skills-Based Fellowships program nationwide, creating opportunities for transitioning service members to gain real-world experience and training while still on active duty. This program removes barriers like degree requirements and opens doors to careers that match their skills and potential.Every day, I draw on my experience in career counseling, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to empower veterans, military spouses, and service members to thrive in the civilian workforce. For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a mission.
