About Eric Kozodoy

Studying Math/Computer Science as an undergrad, I realized that I needed to work in a field where I helped people and made a difference. That led me to pursue my RN degree and begin a satisfying hospital-based career. One day I had the opportunity to observe procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab, and I was hooked; this was a place I needed to work. I loved being part of a team that could cure a patient’s arrhythmia with ablation technology or could improve and extend their life by implanting a cardiac device. My exposure to industry professionals led to a new career path; I wanted to be the rep who could bring life changing technology to patients and lead a team of professionals. I transitioned from hospital to industry 14 years ago, and have been steadily promoted from Clinical Specialist, Training and Education Specialist, and ultimately to Account Manager where I’ve successfully built relationships and demonstrated the ability to bring Medtronic’s innovative technology to new accounts and penetrate existing accounts. As our healthcare world continues to evolve, it’s been the unwavering core values and patient centered culture that has made me proud to represent Medtronic.
