He led the testing and redesign of ~20 key reports that are impacted by new system deployment. Eric guided inhouse product development team to ensure high quality in reporting by analysing issues on process and data cutover, developing solution and taking lead on user test- Strategic Reporting and Insights – Led the development of strategic dashboards that translate raw data into visual narrative for People Partners’ regulatory monitoring and strategic decisioning. Eric was responsible for data model assessment, UX design, implementation and change management- Consulting and Research Supporting Strategic Decisioning – Consultancy and business insights drawn from data analysis and research and translate into narratives that support strategic planning and decisioning for People function and Business COOs.

Eric locates in London.
