   The leader of Product, Vendor and Program Management leads a multi-functional / diverse team spanning Product Managers, Product Operations System Managers, Vendor and Program Managers, Business Application Experts, and a newly created Pilot Program function. This role works closely with every Blue Cross NC division and multiple departments including Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Sales, Strategy, Provider Network, Benefit Configuration and Membership Enrollment teams. The Product and Program subject matter experts work within Commercial and Government divisions who define Blue Cross NC product plans, benefit offerings, and programs (including vendor management) to ensure Blue Cross NC meets revenue, customer satisfaction and growth goals. As a key member of Blue Cross NC’s Leadership team, this role is responsible for leading the full scope of the Product and Program lifecycle as related to medical benefits. The work from this team drives everything from quoting to ID Card delivery to managing ongoing program and vendors.
