Organize and identify best fit subcontractors to use for each project. •Search, download and submit quotes for projects on multiple sites like Construct Connect, Building Connected, Procore, etc. that match company criteria. From these details, investigate, record and contact those who are potential contractors, vendors and subcontractors. •Research, identify, obtain sources for items that are required for each project for painted steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. •Attend Handoff meetings to review and provide recommendations of subcontractors and vendors for awarded projects •Estimate price changes for ongoing projects to assist the project managers.•Created and update a vendor, subcontractor and general contractor contact list.
