   As an Associate Director of Technology, I contribute to the overall technology leadership, strategy, and direction of Nerdery - marrying deep technical expertise, knowledge of industry trends, and client needs to identify new capabilities for a subsection of technology (Front-End) as well as ensure existing capabilities remain healthy and our technology offerings high quality. I act as a leader, mentor, guide, and coach to the entirety of the Front-End domain, as well as my peers, within the technology organization. This includes helping to identify, grow, and train the next set of Nerdery technology leaders. I also play a key role in internal programs where technology partners across the organization - including providing a technology perspective to the recruiting, marketing, capacity management, business development, and delivery organizations. Along with internal responsibilities, I maintain my own technical acumen and act as a deep consultative technical partner to clients - providing application architecture and some solutions architecture with a focus on web applications and the supporting systems that drive them. This does occasionally include development of applications using a mixture of cloud and Front-End technologies.
