Eric Kert is a dynamic and creative executive with a distinguished career in leading the business & legal affairs of touring at the largest live event company in the world. Mr. Kert has been an integral part of the management and growth of this division from inception to the world’s largest international touring operation, now situated in Live Nation’s Beverly Hills Headquarters. Mr. Kert’s career includes over 25 years of negotiating, closing, strategizing and managing business relationships at the highest level in the entertainment industry. This has given Mr. Kert top level experience and wisdom in all aspects of business, including operations, strategy, finance, legal, tax, marketing and personnel, in all areas of the entertainment industry including live events, e-commerce, ticketing, merchandising, recording, publishing, webcasting, broadcasting, film, TV and streaming. Mr. Kert is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School. His career started in Toronto at Goodmans, a top Canadian law firm, and progressed to in-house at one of North America’s largest live event, theater & merchandise companies, which was acquired into SFX/Clear Channel Entertainment in 1998. That entity evolved into the public company Live Nation Entertainment in 2005, where he currently works.
