I’m a product and design executive and builder with 25+ years driving innovation across gaming, social platforms, creator tools, and UGC ecosystems. I’ve built and led design, research, and brand teams at companies like Roblox, Google, VRChat, and Scopely, guiding organizations through IPOs, hypergrowth, and transformation, driving business impact while creating experiences that connect and delight millions of people worldwide.My leadership blends strategic vision with design craft. At Roblox, I was the company’s first VP of Design, scaling the team fivefold and helping lead through IPO as we tripled users and revenue to 220M MAUs and $3.6B annually, with valuation rising from $4B to $40B. At VRChat, I helped reshape company and product strategy post-Series D, launching new monetization streams that extended runway and drove toward profitability. At Google, I conceived and led Stadia’s “Play Anywhere” vision, which proved to be the most successful driver of adoption and retention. Earlier, at Scopely, I was the founding designer, shaping the hit-factory model and early franchises that laid the foundation for its $4.9B acquisition.I’m recognized for setting bold north stars and bringing a systems-level view to complex ecosystems, designing platforms that connect business growth with user delight.
