About Eric Jones
I am a Total Rewards Analyst at RLI Insurance. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2020 with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting along with minors in Insurance. I also graduated from Fitchburg State in 2021 with my Master\'s Degree in Business Administration. I started out working as an Accountant at Peoria Disposal Company which is now GFL. After a little over a year, I moved on to RLI Insurance starting out in Corporate Services within the Accounting department and settling in to Human Resources where I am currently.In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters, attending live events, and spending time catching up with old and new friends among many other things.
