Here at Micron Technology, I work as a part of a globalized, integrated, cross-functional team with the ambition of innovating the most cutting-edge memory solutions on Earth advancing AI/ML, automotive, computer graphics, and high-performance computing technology sectors.In my time being a High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) design engineer, I have been a member of the DWORD PHY team that designs the HBM interface die. We are charged with ensuring that data transfer between the memory core HBM cubes, and the GPU hosts they correspond with via the interface is swift, incorruptible, reliable, and energy-efficient. I have had experience working on the custom design, functional simulation, timing analysis, parasitic analysis, floor-planning, and layout of various circuitry for our HBM products including parity, MISR/LFSR, and DBI. I\'ve also developed scripts in Bash and Python for automation and to streamline workflows.
