I am presently employed as a Case Officer at the Immigration and Refugee Board ofCanada which is the largest independent administrative tribunal, responsible for making well-reasoned decisions on immigration and refugee issues under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada (IRPA).Prior to that, I was employed at Citizenship and Immigration Canada as a Call Center Officer. In this role, I was tasked with advising various types of applicants about the processes and procedures of Canadian citizenship and immigration matters regulated by IRPA.
